AN AMAZING NIGHT OF ART + MUSIC + PERFORMANCE + SCIENCE

Where East fuses West in an energetic and festive laboratory of sound and sight, Kaosmosis invites you to explore a truly interactive experience of alchemical exploration. Live music mixed with performance art will weave throughout an evening which simultaneously exposes the science of art and the art of science. In addition to a stellar line-up of talent, Terra Prima invites the audience to participate as a creative part of a "whole" event. FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY we will attempt to collectively "transmute lead into gold" in the most unlikely setting of a club atmosphere.

FEATURING:
*THAT ONE GUY (one man musical alchemist-A MUST SEE)
*ONE PEOPLE VOICE COMPANY (MARCHING BALINESE GAMELAN music & "Ketjak" monkey chant).
*OXYGEN HEADS (live life-cast human sculpture)
*DAHOO CHORUS (Portland's experimental choir-musical debut!)
*ROSWELL SISTERS (Western Jazz harmonies with an Egyptian twist)
*RANDOM RAB (live integrated electronica from El Circo)

ALCHEMICALLY INSPIRED ART by Gilles Foisey, Benjamin Stagl, and Andy Lacey.

VISUAL AMBIENCE brought to you by Project Lit, Looksee Lightshow, and Murk Visuals.

This is the 4th and closing event for Kaosmosis' 2004 "Elements" series (other events include CHOPPER WON, WATERCOLOR, AND FLYING DREAM).
